The assessment behind the arrangements
Who maintains the understanding of the threat? What information supports it, and when was it last revisited? The practical measures should have a clear connection to that assessment.
You may already have a team, procedures and regular reports, yet still be unsure whether the arrangements address the risks you face. AXRA provides an independent review and practical advice on what needs attention.
Discuss a review of your securityUncertainty about security does not necessarily mean the people providing it are doing a poor job. The circumstances may have changed, responsibilities may have become unclear or the reasons for longstanding measures may no longer be understood.
A review gives you an opportunity to examine the arrangements against your current needs. We look at the concerns being addressed, the reasoning behind the measures and how decisions are made.
Our work can support private clients, family offices and organisations. The scope is agreed around your situation, whether you want to examine a specific concern or take a broader look at the provision.
What deserves attention
Who maintains the understanding of the threat? What information supports it, and when was it last revisited? The practical measures should have a clear connection to that assessment.
We consider who makes decisions, how information reaches them and how instructions are communicated. Gaps between management and the people doing the work deserve attention.
The handling of routine concerns can reveal weaknesses that a formal plan misses. Reporting, supervision, information handling and responses to problems all contribute to the review.
A change in circumstances may require different support. We examine how arrangements are reviewed and whether the client can understand the reasons for continuing or changing them.
Relevant experience
Ty Hopkins has led substantial private protective programmes and international corporate security assignments, including a seven-year programme involving personnel and confidential technology.
His experience also includes coordinating corporate security, executive protection and venue teams for major events, with employee movements involving approximately 10,000 to 12,000 people.
That background informs a review of how advice, leadership and practical delivery fit together. AXRA’s security consultancy work includes written findings, prioritised recommendations and implementation support.
Working with AXRA
We discuss what prompted the review, the arrangements involved and what you need to understand. We identify the information and access required.
The review may consider assessments, policies, reporting, physical measures and the responsibilities of those involved. The agreed scope determines the work.
We set out the concerns, supporting observations and recommended actions in a prioritised report. We make clear where information is incomplete or further work is needed.
We can discuss implementation support and how recommendations should be followed up with the people responsible for delivery.
Yes. We can agree an independent review of existing provision. You will need the authority to provide relevant information and arrange the necessary access.
A review is an engagement in its own right. Its findings should explain what needs attention. Any subsequent operational work would be discussed and agreed separately.
For an agreed security review, findings are provided in a written report with prioritised recommendations. The scope and any implementation support are agreed before the work begins.
Yes. We can discuss a defined concern, such as a property, reporting arrangements or a specific part of an operation, and agree an appropriate scope.
